This session will focus on practical / applicable concepts and skills which are key for effective conflict management and / or in managing difficult conversations with family / friends / colleagues / others.

Individual conflict management styles will be examined; as well as electronic communication, conflict management and social distancing. Special attention will focus on ways to address challenges in managing conflicts at home given the limitations of social distancing.
