The 2025 conference will highlight the leadership and impact of women in construction and real estate, showcasing their role in transforming these male-dominated industries. Through keynote Address, panel discussion, and networking, attendees will explore project management, financial leadership, and strategic planning, while addressing the unique challenges women face. This year’s theme centers on empowering women, offering a platform to discuss industry challenges, share success stories, and explore innovative solutions, all while fostering a more inclusive and equitable future in the built environment.
