As a special reunion gift, we will be giving all returning hockey alumni a Hockey Reunion 2019 practice jersey. We ask that you please list your jersey number and size on this form. Note that the jerseys are only for returning varsity hockey alumni. Additional jerseys for family & friends are $15 each and can be purchased through the Alumni Office.
